GOD REMEMBERS US 

GENESIS 9: 13-16

READ-UNDERSTAND-APPLY 

1) God remembers we are all sinners.

Genesis 6:12 For all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

2) God remembers we need a preacher.

2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

3) God remembers we all need grace.

Genesis 6:8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord

4) God remembers we need to be just, perfect and walk with Him.

Genesis 6:9 Noah was a just man and perfect In his generations, and Noah walked with God.

5) God remembers we need to be saved.

Genesis 6:14 Make thee an ark

6) God remembers the wood.

Genesis 6:14 of gopher wood;

7) God remembers everybody needs a place.

Genesis 6:14 rooms shalt thou make in the ark

8) God remembers we need to be covered.

Genesis 6:14 pitch it within and without with pitch.

10) God remembers room for everyone.

Genesis 6:15 And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.

11) God remembers we need to look to Him.

Genesis 6:16 A window shalt thou make to the ark

12) God remembers we need a way in.

Genesis 6:16 and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof;

13) God remembers we need to know the trinity, three in one.

Genesis 6: 16 with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it.

14) God remembers to go before us.

Genesis 7:1 And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house

15) God remembers in Him.

Genesis 7:1 into the ark;

16) God remembers our part, obedience.

Genesis 7:5 And Noah did according unto all that the Lord commanded him.

17) God remembers temptations, tests and trials.

Genesis 7:12 And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights

18) God remembers we need rest.

Genesis 8:4 And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

19) God remembers we need an offering.

Genesis 8:20-21 (Noah) offered burnt offerings on the alter. And the Lord smelled a sweet savour.
